If you decide to cancel your appointment, you can do so without any charges before the appointment time. However, if you cancel the appointment after the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

  1. Refunds

a. If you are not satisfied with the medical consultation, we offer a 100% refund of the consultation fee.

b. If you have paid for any medical services and they were not rendered, a 100% refund will be issued.

c. If the medical services were not rendered as agreed, a 100% refund will be issued.

d. If you have paid for medical services that were not necessary, a 100% refund will be issued.

e. If a payment is made in error, a 100% refund will be issued.

All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the refund request.

b. If you have missed your appointment or were unable to connect to the consultation due to technical difficulties on your end, a refund will not be issued.

c. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete information, leading to the inability to provide the medical services, a refund will not be issued.
